Qigong: Massage, Movement, and Meditation

Restore your body's energy before the week begins with Qigong movement exercises, Qi massage, and  Qigong moving meditations. Qigong is a holistic system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for health, spirituality, and martial arts training. With roots in Chinese medicine, philosophy, and martial arts, qigong is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance qi (chi), translated as "life energy". This practice will have a special attention on the Chinese elements and on the Bone Marrow Qigong meditation set. No experience necessary.
