This class is for anyone who is pregnant plus their birth partner. We will discuss and practice the basics of childbirth, what to expect, comfort measures and coping techniques, and the immediate postpartum period. As a yoga instructor and birth doula, Dani has a holistic approach to teaching this course. This class is suitable for anybody birthing at a hospital, birthing center, or at home.
