Prenatal Yoga Series Week 4: Yoga, Breath-Work, and Meditation for Labor and Delivery

This series is suitable for any pregnant person, at any stage in their pregnancy, who is interested in taking a deep dive into prenatal yoga and the energetics of pregnancy. We will build progressively through the four weeks but feel free to drop in to any single class. This series will be capped at 8 people so that individual attention can be given. This is an amazing way to meet other expecting mama's in the community and to establish meaningful connection during your pregnancy. 

In our last week, we will focus exclusively on the processes of labor and delivery. We will go over movements and positions for early labor, active labor, and the pushing phase. We will discuss techniques for managing both early and active labor, the importance of the breath, and overcoming mental obstacles to birth. 

$120 for whole series or $35 per session
