Communi-Tea Acupuncture

 Communi-Tea Acupuncture

Hosted by Emily Berg and Madeline Mindich LAc.

Herb + Home and Wellsprings Natural Health are teaming up to offer a cozy afternoon of self- care and community gathering.

The evening will begin with a grounding, guided meditation, and will continue with a hand-blended herbal tea-tasting and a short talk about the herbal blends from both Eastern and Western medicinal perspectives. The blends will focus on herbs that are used to nourish and support the nervous system, relieve stress and anxiety, and balance stress hormones in the body. The tasting will be followed by approximately 30 minutes of community-style acupuncture for general wellness and stress relief, and to boost the healing properties of the herbal tea. Tuning forks and essential oils may also be used for enhanced relaxation. All participants will receive a hand-crafted, organic herbal tea-blend to take home!

Sliding Scale: $30-60
