Herbs to Ground & Chill for the Holidaze

This offering is meant to serve as support for how to thrive, be grounded, and stay chill in the chaos (good & not so good) of the holidaze season.
Learn about herbs to support your adrenals, support digestion, ease anxiety, and also clear your liver (where you store anger) so you can move through the next few weeks feeling supported and at ease. We will also discuss herbs for grounding and also ones that help you stay clear with your boundaries. (nothing like testing yourself than spending time with family, right?!)
We will start off by sharing about ourselves and what we feel we need supported in the coming weeks of the holidaze, do a plant medicine meditation, and cast a circle of support. Come join us in mutual need of support during the holidaze craze and walk away feeling full of chill and plant allies to keep you grounded.
