Boundaries are one of the cornerstones of living in consent & having social and energetic sovereignty, and yet most of us were taught so little about them. Instead, we have learned to put others’ wants + needs before our own, resulting in having our boundaries consistently violated.

In the first class, you will learn all about Boundaries Basics. Topics include:
-What are boundaries?
-How to determine, set, communicate, and enforce boundaries
-How to say “no”
-What to do if someone violates your boundaries
-Tips for getting in touch with your “yes”
-Boundaries practice in breakout rooms
-Herbs + crystals for boundaries
In the second class, we will go beyond the boundaries basics to learn about topics such as:
-How to respect others’ boundaries
-How to set + respect your own inner boundaries
-The Wheel of Consent
-More boundaries & consent practice
There is also an option to purchase the Boundaries Package, which includes a group message board, take home worksheets + exercises, and text-based group coaching from Sarah as you develop your boundaries practice during the two weeks between classes.
Living a well-boundaried life can result in a greater sense of safety, sovereignty, and potential for experiencing pleasure in your day-to-day.
Deep boundaries work also connects you intimately with your own intuition, and empowers you to live a consent-based lifestyle.
