Join Firebird’s Sarah Rayne + Kat Brady for a musical performance as their band, Deer Friend!

They will be the featured artists at Snug n’ Sing cuddle concert in SE Portland.

Sarah + Kat will be offering a short + sweet sound bath to end the night at Ecstatic Dance Portland at The Den. The event starts with a pre-dance movement workshop from 7pm-8pm, the ecstatic dance runs from about 8pm-9:40pm, and then we’ll serenade you with our sweet sounds as your body melts into rest + restoration.

This potent 2 hour group ceremony will begin with a talk on Beltane, taurus season, abundance, our sensory selves, and the gift of being in a body. We will move through a sensory activation meditation, a gentle somatic dance to invoke our pleasure + playful sides, and flower fairy herbal tea blending! You’ll get to take home your own custom-blended herbal magic tea. We will then crown a May Queen, ceremonially light our ring of fire (candles), and sing a joyful song together.

Join us at our Belmont Healing Arts location for short acupuncture & crystal reiki healing treatments in community. Appointments are strongly recommended. Walk-ins are welcome pending availability.

The opening ceremony for the upcoming session of our Magic Makers Coven membership group!

This potent 2 hour group healing & ceremony will begin with a talk on the energies of the Spring Equinox, the Goddess Ostara, Aries Season, and the astrological new year. We will then journey through healing & meditative activities to honor the four elements, including: a water blessing, and guided meditation & intentional breath experience with live ambient sound. We will then plant literal seeds of intention for the cycle to come - you'll get to take home a small potted herb seed infused with your own intention & the magic from the ceremony! Finally, we’ll end with a fire & water spirit ceremony to release the old and welcome the new, and close with a group medicine song.
