What is Magic Makers Coven?
Magic Makers Coven is a potent portal for lunar magic & conscious creation in community, facilitated by Firebird’s founder, Sarah Rayne. It is an online group membership coven that runs in sessions between the Equinoxes.
In addition to our live, online opening ceremony on the equinox, we gather each month on the New Moon for magic, manifestation, group discussion, community, healing, and fun. The new moon ceremonies are potent gatherings that everyone looks forward to each month. During these special zoom ceremonies, you will be guided into thoughtful & juicy healing experiences, ranging from guided meditations, to tarot readings, to distance reiki, to sound baths, journaling prompts, creative exercises, and more! The activities correspond with the energies of the moon and the season, with the intention of supporting your healing, joy, and expansion. A replay video is available if you can’t make it live.
3 Online Events Each Month
In addition to our monthly New Moon Ceremonies, we have two additional live online events each month. We have Creation Lab, which is a chance to root into your passions, goals, dreams, and schemes, and put some good focused energy into creating your visions with your fellow Magic Makers, as well as an extra, fun event of your choice such as Divination Night, Body Temple Dance class, or more seasonal surprises!

As many of the members live in the Portland, Oregon area, we also meet up 2-4 times for IRL PDX Witches meet ups.
In between our online + IRL meet ups, we connect on Discord, which is our private community discussion board. There we connect with our fellow coven members, celebrate our wins and vent about our challenges, talk about magic, and share our feelings! This is also where Sarah shares New + Full Moon collective tarot readings for the group.

However, if you’d like to have personalized support, healing, and magic along the way, we’ve got options for you to go deeper with this work.
We have a limited number of 1:1 support memberships available, which include either a 30 or 60 minute 1:1 session with Sarah (discounted from public pricing) each month. These sessions can either be intuitive coaching / logistical / brainstorming support for your business / project, OR they can be healing or divination sessions that can include Reiki Energy Healing, Tarot Reading, and/or Sound Healing. You’ll have the option to choose which kind of session you’d like each month.

About Sarah
Sarah Rayne is a queer witch, a healing artist, and a holder of sacred space. She alchemizes group magic & expands awareness through her ceremony + workshop offerings, and supports clients on their healing journeys through nourishing 1:1 sessions that include tarot readings, reiki energy healing, intuitive guidance, and/or sound healing. She is the founder and magician-in-chief of Firebird Healing Arts, and shares her magic locally in Portland, OR, as well as online, with the whole world.
She aims to cultivate sacred spaces that feel inclusive, safe, trauma-aware, magical, grounded + real, and full of integrity. She is passionate about teaching and offering Reiki and group ceremonies because of the profound impact these sacred healing modalities have had on her life and personal healing journey. It is her hope that each of us can find the support, tools, resilience, and faith that we need to grow into the people we want to be, and create lives full of meaning, sacredness, and joy.
In her free time she likes to garden, make music, and go on outdoor adventures with her partner Kat and puppy Calliope.

FAQ & Policies
I’ve never done magic / don’t consider myself to be a witch - is this for me? Yes! This is an extremely accessible program, appropriate for beginning or advanced magic users. No experience necessary!
I don’t own a business / I’m not interested in starting one - is this for me? Yes! There is soooo much juicy goodness in here. The community alone feels really supportive and vibrant, plus you get to have a consistent lunar magic practice! If you do desire to make / create / grow anything, or get inspired along the way, there will be plenty of resources here for you.
When do the ceremonies and events happen? Each month the coven members vote to choose the day that works best for them. The new moon ceremonies are held on or near the new moon. We most commonly gather at 6pm PT // 9pm ET to allow time for working folks from East & West coasts to join. Our ceremonies are 90 minutes, Creation Labs are 2 hours, and our other gatherings are 60 minutes. Our in-person meet ups are usually on the weekends.
How much time will this take? That is completely up to you! Participation is totally up to your desired level of involvement / desired support. We usually have 3 different events each month that you are welcome to join in, or watch the replay on your own time. There are optional discussion questions and activities in the discord group, that might take between 15 mins - 1 hour per week depending on how deep you’d like to go!
Can I cancel after joining? No, once you sign up, cancellation is not possible. Please be sure that you’re ready to commit to the 6 month container, and email us if you have any questions!
Do you offer scholarships? Yes! We have unlimited discounted $25 pricing available for BIPOC folks. We also have other needs-based discounted $25 scholarship memberships available - You can apply here. Applications are open until all scholarships have been awarded.
Do I need to live near Portland, OR? No, you definitely don’t have to live in Portland! All of the ***official*** programming is online, and can be accessed anywhere in the world. With that being said, the majority of our members do live in the PDX area, and we also organize IRL PDX meet ups 2-4 throughout the session. The timing of the online events might also be easier for you if you live in Portland or the West Coast, depending on your schedule and preferences.

-Your first payment will be taken upon sign up, and then you will be charged every 30 days, for a total of 6 payments
-All 1:1 sessions for each month must be booked within the 30 day period (i.e. first session between 9/22 - 10/22, etc)
