Do you have kids in your life who would love to come develop their dragon powers through yoga, martial arts & mindfulness games? I have been developing this idea over two decades as a school teacher, yogi & kids martial arts coach and I am stoked that the time has finally come to bring it to the community!

The first iteration of Dragon School for kids will be taking place on Thursdays at Glimmer Wellness Center this January. All buddies age 3-10 are welcome (parents must stay in the room for support) and no special equipment or experience is needed.

Dragon Activation practice invites you into an intimate & intentional dialogue between "you" and your emotional body, energy body, and vibrational self. We initiate the conversation with breath & movement, intentional in our communication, our rhythm, our tone. Then we STOP DOING, and simply listen as the subtle bodies respond: in sensations, in insights, in messages, in EMOTION. Energy - In - Motion.

Although we will be together in a group, this is an individual practice where you are invited to tune into your own experience. Because the answers, the peace, the love we seek is ALL inside. There is nothing outside that will ever fulfill that hunger that gnaws at us, that deep desire, that NEED, to know our Self.

Join us for a Reiki Share! This event is open to certified practitioners of any lineage. It will include time to share insights from our personal Reiki journeys, a brief guided meditation and / or knowledge share, and time for each practitioner to receive Reiki in a group setting.

This is a wonderful opportunity for Reiki practitioners to gather together, deepen their practice, ask questions, and most importantly, RECEIVE some Reiki healing themselves!

As 2025 draws to an end, this will be a space for you to deeply rest and reset for the new year. Whether you’ve been enjoying the merriment of the season or heaviness from grief (or most commonly the full spectrum), now is the perfect time to ask your body what it truly needs. 5:45pm-6:30pm: Opening Ceremony, ancestral invocation, intention setting & community space blessing for Glimmer
6:30pm-7pm: Sound Bath w/ Sarah + Kat

This potent 2 hour group healing & ceremony will include a talk on the energies of Samhain, Scorpio Season, and Ancestor work, plus somatic movement, a guided meditation with live ambient sound for ancestral healing, a group medicine song + magical intention setting, as well as a spell kit to take him.
