Join Raynsong and Dr. Kat for a transformative breathwork & sound journey. Raynsong will guide us through a grounded & expansive breathwork experience, supported with corresponding sounds and music from Dr. Kat.

The opening ceremony for the upcoming session of our Magic Makers Coven membership group!

This potent 2 hour group healing & ceremony will begin with a talk on the energies of the Spring Equinox, the Goddess Ostara, Aries Season, and the astrological new year. We will then journey through healing & meditative activities to honor the four elements, including: a water blessing, and guided meditation & intentional breath experience with live ambient sound. We will then plant literal seeds of intention for the cycle to come - you'll get to take home a small potted herb seed infused with your own intention & the magic from the ceremony! Finally, we’ll end with a fire & water spirit ceremony to release the old and welcome the new, and close with a group medicine song.

I have been developing this idea over two decades as a school teacher, yogi & kids martial arts coach and I am stoked that the time has finally come to bring it to the community!

The first iteration of Dragon School for kids will be taking place on Thursdays at Glimmer Wellness Center this January. All buddies age 3-10 are welcome (parents must stay in the room for support) and no special equipment or experience is needed.

Join Firebird founder Sarah Rayne for this epic musical showcase!

Sarah will be opening the evening with an original invocation to the goddess Brigid, accompanied by harpist Adrienne Awen.

She will then be singing 3 songs throughout the night with the Earth Women choir - 18 women strong!

This potent 2 hour group healing ceremony will include a talk on the energies of Imbolc, emerging from our underworld journeys, the Irish goddess Brigid, and the archetype of the triple goddess. We will weave magic, joy, and healing into our time together, and create a warm & cozy energy in the dark winter night.

After our talk & community discussion, you'll be led in a guided meditation, followed by magical nature crafting, storytelling, ceremony, and song.

In this four-hour immersive workshop, we will tend to our precious intuition through movement, breathwork, singing, learning, exploring, cutting, arranging, pasting, creating, listening and writing. We will invite our left brain to take the day off, and welcome our inner wisdom to express itself through the SoulCollage® practice.
