The Subtle Body: Exploring Chinese Medicine through Qigong [online]

In this 9-class series we will explore the rich theory of Chinese medicine through Qigong practice and lectures designed to identify and connect to the subtle aspects of our body, mind, and spirit. Chinese medicine’s rich metaphorical language, which highlights how things relate to each other and change over time, is able to give words to things we cannot properly name through the dominant Western-European mindset but which we intuitively know exist.
