Dragon Activation [Adult Class]

Dragon Activation practice invites you into an intimate & intentional dialogue between "you" and your emotional body, energy body, and vibrational self. We initiate the conversation with breath & movement, intentional in our communication, our rhythm, our tone. Then we STOP DOING, and simply listen as the subtle bodies respond: in sensations, in insights, in messages, in EMOTION. Energy - In - Motion.

Although we will be together in a group, this is an individual practice where you are invited to tune into your own experience. Because the answers, the peace, the love we seek is ALL inside. There is nothing outside that will ever fulfill that hunger that gnaws at us, that deep desire, that NEED, to know our Self.

No equipment, previous experience or special body type are needed. The entire practice can be done in a chair if needed.
