Journaling Through the Seasons: Autumn
Hosted by Gracie Bialecki
11am PT // 2pm ET
Does your journal spend more time collecting dust than gathering your musings? What does it feel like to put down your phone and pick up a pen?
This seasonal workshop combines writing and reflecting to help foster a journaling practice, which will support you in your creative and personal goals.
In our inaugural autumnal gathering, we'll discuss ways to make journaling a regular habit, dissolve our guilt around not writing enough, and leave with a clear path for journaling through the winter. We'll work as a group to share ideas and support each other, so don't be shy if you're not a seasoned writer –– all you need to bring is a pen and paper, or better yet, your journal.
