Journaling Through the Seasons: New Year's Flow
Hosted by Gracie Bialecki
11am PT // 2pm ET // 8pm CET
Does your journal spend more time collecting dust than gathering your musings? What does it feel like to put down your phone and pick up a pen?
This seasonal workshop combines writing and reflecting to help foster a journaling practice, which will support you in your creative and personal goals.
With writing prompts and group discussion, we'll explore how the act of writing can be both meditative and fulfilling, and I'll offer guidance on journaling through the coming months. Our winter season will focus on flow, accessing emotions, and hunkering down with our feelings.
We'll work as a group to share ideas and support each other, so don't be shy if you're not a seasoned writer –– all you need to bring is a pen and paper, or better yet, your journal.
