Hypnotic Journey: Planting a Seed

In this one-hour workshop, you’ll start cultivating a dream or desire you have for yourself for 2021 using hypnosis and metaphor to guide your inner journey.
The workshop will start with journaling through a few question prompts, and in the second half I will guide you through a visualization in the theme of nurturing the seeds you are planting for 2021.
Using hypnosis as the medicine of the imagination, this workshop will allow you to energetically connect with your intention and to give yourself the inner resources you need to move toward your goal — by developing a more collaborative and compassionate relationship with your self.
