Samhain & Ancestral Healing Ceremony

Hosted by Sarah Rayne

Would you like to honor the most magical day of the year in intentional community & ceremony? Are you ready to connect deeply with the energy of your ancestry & send healing vibrations all the way up your bloodline? Are you curious about ancestor work, or wishing to compliment your existing ancestor honoring practice with a potent & healing fire ceremony? Do you want to do something just plain fun and witchy this halloween?

Then join us for our Samhain & Ancestral Healing Ceremony, led by Firebird’s resident priestess & alchemist, Sarah Rayne. Samhain is the ancient pagan & Celtic precursor to Halloween, and is the day when the veil between worlds is thinnest. This is a potent time for ancestor work, honoring the dead, and is a celebration to honor the end of harvest season, as the days grow colder and we continue spiraling towards the Winter Solstice.

This luscious 2 hour group healing & ceremony will begin indoors. We will open sacred space together, and discuss the energies of Samhain, Scorpio season, and ancestor work. We’ll then move our bodies with a gentle somatic movement invitation to help cultivate a sensation of rootedness and belonging. You’ll then be invited to lay down and receive an extended guided meditation with hands-on (or off) Reiki healing. The Reiki will flow into your body, and energetically up your ancestral line, with the intention of healing inherited ancestral patterns & traumas held in your DNA.

We will then move outdoors to the backyard for a potent fire ceremony around the fire pit. We will send up messages to our ancestors, release & declare our intentions to the universe, and sing an intentional song around the fire.

The last 15 minutes will be dedicated to tea & tarot around the fire (weather permitting!). Sarah will be offering 1-card tarot readings for all who’d like to receive them, and we’ll have herbal infusions available to enjoy. Feel free to bring chocolate or other snacks to share with the group!

Attendees will also receive a mini spell kit to take home & continue their magical workings!

All are welcome, no experience necessary!
