The first in a series of "Shadow Talks," Shadow 101 is an introduction to the idea of Shadow, and its relationship to healing and being in your full power.

Most people keep their power IN their Shadows, and yet they are also afraid to look at their Shadows.

What is going on with this contradiction? Do people have an addiction to being disempowered? How does ego “use” Shadow?

There will be about 30min of channeled lecture and 60min of Q&A. So please, bring your good questions!
