We will discuss astrology & the energetics of the season, activate our bodies with Qigong, tap into our creativity through group & partner activities, and relax into a guided meditation accompanied by Reiki & ambient live sounds.

We will seal our time together in ceremony, each activating our personal magic for the moon cycle ahead.
